Was a little disappointed that the power outages had an effect on their bread selection- just the parmesan, but I'm can't hold that against them at all.
Every time I come in it's always a friendly crew, normally laughing, very attentive, and accommodating.
Sammiches are consistent in taste and product, place is clean, and pricing is on par with most of the non-gourmet shops. -

Came in for lunch. Ordered the large pastrami Reuben sandwich. 10am, just opened but not ready. It took the sandwich maker a good 15 minutes to make my sandwich since nothing was ready at her station. The sandwich was delicious though. I only wish they were a little more prepared when they open. Mind you, there were 5 people there all scrambling but only 2 workers helping customers and there was a line building longer and longer.

Went for a quick lunch after stopping at UPS store nearby .Ordered a meatball sandwich with chips and a soda .The lady who made the sandwich ( dressed in black looked like the owner ) had a sour face and the attitude like she was doing me a favor .Asked what breads they had ,rolled her eyes and pointed at a counter sign . Bread taste like was a day old ,not fresh at all ,place looks unkept.Overall a bad experience.Bad attitude towards paying customer plus " meh " food puts this place in a bad light .I will never return here , do yourselves a favor and skip this place ,go instead to Subway or Quiznos few blocks down the road.

Ordered a salad online. Supposed to be ready at 5:55pm. Got there at 6:00pm and 4 workers were standing around doing nothing, just standing around. There were no customers in there. They were. Or preparing any orders. Had not even started making it. Quickly threw it together.

The sandwich is always good and most of the time done correctly but this place is a mess. I was there around noon, they have only been open for 2 hours at that point. There were no napkins anywhere, and trash cans were overfilled and the worker area was filthy. I was grossed out. Not sure if I will be eating there again.
